Masatsugu Yamaguchi
Masatsugu Yamaguchi is the CEO of Asylum Industries. He single-handedly operates the enterprise developing new weapons for the supreme government, contributing schematics to other corporations that benefit his company as well as the entire world. Masatsugu also commands the elite squad leader of the super elite SYNX, Miyuki Yoshida.

With cape covering the left arm. Masatsugu is an aged tall brown man. He has red eyes, a full beard, and brown hair with bangs that extends to the side of his face. He wears the Asylum black military uniform that is lined with gold labels.

Masatsugu is serious and at times apathetic, however, he has a soft side that he only shows to his loved ones. He is a great politician, as he can figure out the pros and cons of a situation at a glance. He can also be deceptive and cunning when a situation goes from bad to worse.
