Hector Anastia
Hector is a scientist in hiding who is currently being hunted down by the corporate Asylum. He is well-known for his development of numerous SYNX tech, in which he would then sell his inventions to various companies under the guise of “Anastasia”. This has proved to be a benefit to his village Saffron as he would use the money he earns to develop its facilities. In time, the increase in taxes on food and water has led to the town’s economic crisis. This crisis soon resulted with Kasumi volunteering to be a SYNX pilot.
